Your Privacy Choices

On this page

This page explains the choices you have over advertising, consent, and your data in Solitaire. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Website and browser choices

The browser game uses Google AdSense for sidebar display advertising on sufficiently large gameplay windows. Google's privacy service provides applicable advertising and usage analytics choices before ad requests begin. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; Google determines eligible advertising from your choices. The Android/iOS UMP instructions below do not operate the browser game.

You can change the website's light/dark appearance with the theme button. To remove its saved preference, clear site data for zourgames.com in your browser. To delete browser game saves, clear site data for solitaire.zourgames.com; this removes local-storage and IndexedDB records, including game progress and settings. If you previously played at play.zourgames.com, clear that site's data too. Saves are not shared between browsers or devices, and private browsing may discard them when the session ends.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page usage and loading performance separately from advertising. It does not use analytics cookies or local-storage identifiers; clearing site data is not an analytics opt-out. See the browser privacy explanation for details.

Where Google's privacy service asks for an analytics choice (in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland), you can also stop optional Google Analytics with Usage analytics in the game's Settings. Google's privacy service runs alongside the game and shows its message when required. Analytics stays off while Google's analytics-purpose result is unresolved or denied; otherwise it can run unless you have opted out. There is no additional ZourGames analytics popup. You can decline and keep playing.

To revisit an available Google browser choice, use the game's Privacy choices control or the page's Privacy & cookie settings link. Where available, Do not sell or share my personal information opens Google's US privacy control. The browser game does not use Crashlytics. Turning usage analytics off stops further collection; it does not erase records already received. Clearing browser site data also removes local saves, analytics cookies and saved choices, so Google's privacy service will evaluate the next visit again.

Browser purchases, Google Play Games, and Game Center are not available. For privacy questions or information sent to us by email, contact support@zourgames.com. See the browser privacy explanation for hosting and storage details.

1. Advertising and analytics choices in the Android and iOS apps

Depending on your region, the App provides a privacy message powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, this message can include both advertising and analytics choices. To revisit the available Google choices, open the App's Settings → Privacy Options.

Choices there can include whether your data may be used for personalized advertising, which advertising purposes are allowed, and storing and measuring information. Advertising eligibility does not determine analytics collection.

On Android, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics reporting is on by default. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Settings offers Usage & crash reports to control both; identified reporting and crash reports start only if you allow storing information and measuring content performance in Google's message, and until then only anonymous measurement pings are sent. Elsewhere Settings shows no switch, and a choice saved in an earlier version is still respected. Turning the switch on counts as your consent; turning it off stops all reporting, including anonymous pings, and discards unsent crash reports. It does not erase reports already received. Your saved choice is kept across updates. There is no additional ZourGames analytics prompt, and you can use the game with reporting off. The iOS app does not currently use Google Analytics or Crashlytics.

Declining personalized advertising does not remove ads — you may still see non-personalized or contextual ads. To remove ads entirely, use the one-time Remove Ads purchase.

2. iOS — App Tracking Transparency

The first time ads appear, iOS may ask whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising. If you decline, the App does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.

To change this later:

3. Android — advertising ID

You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization:

4. Your Google account's ad settings

5. Play Games / Game Center data

Achievements and leaderboard scores are processed by Google (Android) or Apple (iOS). To review or delete that data, use the privacy controls of the corresponding platform:

6. Data access and deletion requests

Solitaire has no ZourGames account system. Native-app progress and settings are stored locally on your device; uninstalling the App can remove them. For browser saves, use the site-data controls described above. For data held by ZourGames or processed on our behalf (for example analytics events), you can request access or deletion by emailing support@zourgames.com. Please tell us your device platform and approximate dates of use so we can locate relevant records.

See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights that may apply in your region (including GDPR and CCPA-style rights).
